Orders are generally processed within 2–5 business days for verification, packaging, and quality inspection before shipment.

During holidays, promotional events, or periods of high order volume, processing times may extend up to 6 business days.

Shipping Fee

A flat shipping charge of $6.99 per order applies for supported delivery regions, regardless of order size or destination.

Estimated shipping times are as follows:

United States: 8–14 business days
Canada / United Kingdom / Australia: 10–16 business days
Other International Destinations: 14–21 business days

• Shipments may be sent under DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) terms.

5. Order Changes & Cancellations

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

Lost Packages

If the shipping carrier confirms that a package has been lost during transit, we will investigate the issue and arrange a replacement after verification.
